Before creating beam you need to create framework.
All beams will be located in selected one.
First of all needs to create site and put name. From menu Create
Site.
After create Zone. From menu Create
Zone.
After create Structure. From menu Create
Structure.
At the end Framework. From menu Create
Framework.
So we will get next hierarchy in Design explorer.
Before creation of beam we need to set beam specifications. Click on button Set default Profile Specification On toolbar.
Next window will open.
In Specification list you need select specks of beams.
Generic type depends on selected Specification. Select framework where will be located nodes and sections. From menu Settings
Storage Area.
Click on them both and it will be changed to next.
Then toolbar will changed to next picture
In next manual will be described creation of simple beam.
